April Meeting

The Meeting was called to order at 7:19 PM with 22 members present, and 1 excused.

The drawing for the Trolling Motor was held ---and the winner was    Justin McKenna ---Jimmy Z's nephew.  "CONGRADULATIONS"  Justin.

The ramp fee for parking at Mashpee was taken care of by Warren Burrell, and we only paid a fee for 15 cars/trailers, any more then 15 vehicles will cost $5.00 each.    THANK YOU ....Warren

Each member was given 5 tickets to sell for a Portable Back-Up Camera.   The tickets are $5.00 each and the drawing will be on June 4th

Our First Tournament of the year will be at Great Herring on April 22, and a Boat Inspection will be at 6AM ---we will be checking the following-

1. Working navigation lights--front & back

2. Sound device--Bell, horn, etc.

3. P.F.D. for each person-(non-boaters MUST supply their own)

4. Type 1B-1 fire extinguisher

5. Alternate propulsion --( electric motor, oar, etc.)

6. Bilge pump, Hand bailer, etc.

7. Wiring in good condition

8. Batteries secure to prevent arcing

9. Working aerated livewell for at least 10 fish

10. Registration numbers

BOATERS NOTE:    If you are NOT  going to one of the tournaments, and you know before hand ------PLEASE let one of the officers know-- that way a non-boater that has a boat and would like to bring it will be notified.
