December Meeting

The meeting started at 7:13 PM with 12 members present, 5 excused and 0 absent.

We have lost two more members --- 1 Boater & 1 Non-Boater --- one is moving to Florida and the other is do to a conflict of interests.... Because one of these members was do prize money, and is now gone, an adjustment had to be made in the pay-out and the standings for that Tournament.

The choices were:    Give the money to the next in line and keep the standings the same; or everyone moves up a notch and receives the points assocated with that position.-----The vote was 7 - 5 to move up and take the points.

The final draft of Awards has been OK'ed and the Awards for our Banquet will be ordered.

We will buy 25 scratch tickets, for our Fundraiser Raffle, --- the breakdown is as follows----5 -$20.00 tickets,  10 - $10.00 tickets, and 10 - $5.00 tickets will be bought and put in a frame to be raffled off.  Each member MUST sell 6 tickets at $10.00 each, and the drawing will be held on Feb. 7th --at our Awards Banquet.  The tickets will be handed out at the Jan. 5th meeting---EACH MEMBER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR 6 TICKETS WEATHER THEY ARE AT THE MEETING OR NOT !!!

Sun.   Jun 7 ---------Long Pond - Harwich

Sun.   Jun 21 --------Wequaquet

Sun.   Jul 19 ---------Long Pond - Lakeville

Sat.   Aug 8 ----------Great Herring

Sun.   Aug. 23 -------Sampson  (permit pending)

The 4th Annual Steve Pimental Memorial Tournament will be held on Sunday Sept. 13, 2009 at Long Pond,  Lakeville.
