2014 Season kicked off at John's Pond!

Probably the slowest day at Johns I have seen in years but it was great weather at least!

 Gary Joy found some nice fish and took the win, with everyone on the edge of their seats watching the 5.78 lb largie being weighed in! Great job Gary!

The 6lber pool has been cut off,  and sits at $2100 for the next person in the pool to catch the hawg!

Bylaws are up and there are some I would like to add text too because over the years there have been some assumed rules that need to be put in writing to avoid any issues. I'll post proposed changes here and we can vote at the next club meeting.

Get the word out that we need more members! Thats everybodys job so tell friends, people you see fishing etc. The club needs both boaters and on-boaters.

I am currently trying to get the permit for Great Herring, if I can not get in touch with them by Tuesday I will look at other options to get us another pond for October 6th.
