Next Meeting: Monday, January 8, 2001
Bring an extra 5 dollars with you to purchase a 50/50 raffle ticket to benefit the state team.
Glenn Charlie turned out to be as interesting as expected, the usual guys took the money. Tough bite on a nice day, a little windy, but not bad. Bob Iodice took the win with by a 1/2 ounce! Sorry Gary L., maybe next time! Gary was second with only 3 fish for over 10lbs.! Third went to the only guy with 5 fish, Mr. Burrel, Where has he been? Nickerson got Lunker with a 4.72 lb. largemouth! Good job guys! See the results here.
November 6, 2000 - Club Meeting
Our next meeting should be a easy one, but probably won't be. We don't, as far as I know, have much to talk about. We will most likely start planning for next Spring. One thing yo uguys reading this should note, I am re-designing some parts of the web site. This would be a great time for all of you to make suggestions. See you there.
Results are in! What a day, windy, windy, and then it got windy. Tough bite all day and the usual bunch found fish. Check out the results here.
October 2, 2000
Our nect meeting is on October 2nd. Remember that you can only miss 3 consecutive meetings before problems start, so try to make them. Their should be a discussion on club funds which will be quite loud if anything. Hopefully it can get resolved.
Fish-Offs
The fish off's went without much problems, no one from the club made the team but most of them did well and represented the club in a positive manner.
September 17th: John's Pond
The first tournament for the 2000/2001 season is at John's Pond in Mashpee. Remember to bring all of your insurance papers, fishing licenses, and any other required material for a new season. Live wells will be checked as well as a safety inspection that is to meet our standards. After pre-fishing for this tournament I can tell you that the fishing should bring a tough compitition. Big fish is the key to John's as always. Everyone will get their limit. Good luck to the new members!

Winnipesaukee Tournament
This was an interesting tournament, slow fishing for most, but three guys stood out and took charge. Jim Gildea (King of the Tough Bite), pulled off a tight win with 10.52 lbs over Coatesey's 10.38 lbs! Click here for the results totals.
Next Meeting: Tuesday, September 5th
The meeting has been changed to Tuesday due to the Labor Day traffic. Fish-Off information, Voting for Officers and other very important topics to be discussed. Don't miss it, especially if you have already missed a couple of meetings, see the Bylaws for details on the new Meeting rules.
Santuit Pond Results Posted!
Bob again gave me a hard time for not being quick to post the results for the tournament. Oh well, I had an excuse. My email was down for a couple of days and I never received the first email with the results. But they are up!
Current Standings In!
I went thru all the tournaments and looked at the wonderful job Bob did in organizing the mess. I decided I would put up the TOTAL for the year standings without the drops, I looked better in it. Although the drops make a big difference in positions, no one seemed to gain or lose more than a spot at this point.
Mashpee & Wakeby Ponds Tournament Finals Posted!
Bob was quick to send me the results for the Mashpee Wakeby Tournament, so they are up early this week! Check them out and you'll see why they were. Great job Bob!
New Standings Leader!
After all the fun was over on Sunday, and everyone weighed in their fish, as small as some were, 1.82 lbs, ahhh! Anyway, A new leader for the season has emerged, check out the current standings and find out who it is!
Next Stop: Santuit Pond
This should be an important tournament were anyone can do well, or not. Get ready early, we have until the end of July to pre-fish. Heres a Map if you need it.
May 20th, Wequaquet Lake
Congratulations to Ken Nickerson! Great job at showing the rest of us how it is supposed to be done. With a season high of 16.78 lbs of total weight and a nice 5.02 lb. Largemouth to take lunker on top of 1st place. Second place went to Bob Iodice and Third to Jeff Coates. See the rest of the results here.
May News
We skipped our May meeting due to lack of topics to discuss and many officers couldn't make it to the meeting. Billington Sea was a successful day for some, not for others, check out the results.
Wequaquet Lake - May 20
Our next event is Saturday, May 20th at Wequaquet Lake in Centeville. After a tough day of prefishing, I am not sure that I will be a threat but some other guys boasted of success. Bee Ess or not, we'll have to wait and see!
Billington Sea:
Slow day, slow results. I'll have them up when I get them. Hooray for me, what a great fisherman to catch lunker on a tough day. Congratulations, but the rest you... lost.
April 9: Sampsons Pond:
Results from Sampsons Pond are in. check them out. The Standings are up and are useless because the results from Billington are not on yet. But if you would like to see yourself in 1st place (Ken), check it out anyway.
