The meeting started at 7 PM with one member on-line, but by 7:20 there were 4 more logged on. Up for discussion was what meals the members will be bringing to the banquet.
So far we have Baked Ham, Chicken Cutlets, Chili, and Mac & Cheese and we are still open for more. This on-line system was discussed to see if there is a way to make it simpler in order to get more members on-line. The instructions of how to get on-line are on this website and what we have come up with is that I will send members a couple of emails ( one a week before & another the weekend before) to remind them about the meeting. Hopefully this will get more members on board.
