The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM with 9 members present, 5 excused and 3 absent.
IMPORTANT MEMO TO THOSE MEMBERS THAT HAVE BEEN MARKED ABSENT(not calling in to miss a meeting) --- AT THIS POINT THEY ARE BEING PENALIZED 500 POINTS FOR EACH MEETING MISSED.... of the 5 members in this category 2 of them are already 2000 points in the hole.
A SIMPLE PHONE CALL ANYTIME BEFORE THE MEETING WILL SAVE YOU 500 POINTS.
The final 2011/12 Tournament Schedule ( with a few minor changes ) is almost ready.
Our Annual Awards Banquet will be on Sat. Feb. 12th, 2011 at 6 PM at the Eagles Club.........THERE WILL BE NO MEETING ON FEB. 7TH.
REMINDER--Each member is responsible to sell 5 raffle tickets.
The Steve Pimental Memorial Tournament will be held on Sat. Sept. 10th, 2011 at Long Pond, Lakeville.
