Manditory Meeting - January 6, 2003
Due to lack of meeting turnout in the last few months, we are calling a Mandatory meeting (for but those whom are excused from meetings). We are in need of certain information from a few members, we also nee volunteers for events as well as getting some thing situated for the banquet. All that can come should, and if not you need to call and give good reason, or you will be automatically volunteered for every needed position. (Ha-ha) Many things to do and vote, don't miss it.
December Meeting

Meeting came to order at 7:30 pm when we realized that this was going to be a very short handed meeting. Present were Gary Joy, Gary Labrie, Frank Luongo, Frank Marcano, Bob {princess} Downarowicz, Glen Sherman, Tom Dicario and Wayne Hyde. Very poor turn out. Rumor has it Ruthie was to much for Bob and he threw out his back, another rumor was Jimmy was in the woods at night hunting (is this legal) or just an excuse to roam the woods looking to do something strange.
Frank Luongo will find out what day CCB is working casting kids the 8th or 9th, and get back to Gary Labrie. Casting kids committee is Gary Labrie, Bob Downarowicz and Frank Marcano. We could use another body or two for this group.
Banquet we do not know what is going on at this time. We have no follow up info no date, place and we do not know what we need to bring. We have only two meetings left to square this away. We need to get on the stick.
Also what do we have to raffle off. We need some donations. Last year we grossed $1200 with a profit of $800. We need to do this again.
We still have a open spot on the roster. Anybody having a person that would like to fish with us needs to contact one of the club officers or get them to the next meeting. Also who and where is Roy A ????
