Take 495 North to exit 54A (old exit 21A) West Main exit
Stay on W. Main until you reach Route 135 West --- turn left onto Rte. 135
This is now Rte 135 / Wood Street --- stay on until you reach the ramp
the ramp will be on your left ( you can see it from the road.
